Could NSYNC or Janet Jackson Join Justin Timberlake for the Super Bowl Halftime Show?

October 10, 2017

We are still waiting for confirmation that Justin Timberlake will be performing at this year's Super Bowl halftime show in February, but speculation is already running rampant about who may join the pop super star on stage IF he is the performer.

The rumors have centered around two possible guests: NSYNC and/or Janet Jackson. Whoa!

On the NSYNC side: Joey Fatone told told TMZ that it's at least possible the guys could join JT for part of the performance.

"If it's right, we do it. If everybody can't do it, then we don't do it. It's pretty simple," Fatone told TMZ

On the Janet Jackson side: we don't need to tell you about the historical moment with Janet and Timberlake. We ALL remember the 2004 halftime show for that one moment, right? CBS had to pay hefty fines, and BOTH performers were banned for life from the incident.

So if Justin is getting a free pass to perform again, why wouldn't Janet?

TMZ caught up with Janet, and they asked about the possibility of a Super Bowl performance. But she had no comment. Could she just have been dodging reporters or was the 51-year-old star just being tight lipped about a secret?

Hmmmm. Of course, since it hasn't even been confirmed that Justin is doing the show, ALL of this is purely based on speculation.
