THANK YOU for helping us find homes for the dogs and cats living in the shelter at the Oregon Humane Society!! If the "CLICK HERE" link for more information does not work, that means the dog or cat has been adopted. But there are plenty more dogs and cats that need a home! Check them out at www.oregonhumane.org.

Say Hey To BEAR!!

I am at Lexi Dog on 6100 SW Macadam Ave. Portland, OR (503-245-4363). Come meet me there! Bear is a hefty guy with a lot of love to give! He came to OHS through our Second Chance program from Klamath Falls Humane Society, where he was originally brought in because he had escaped his yard. Bear has lived with other animals and also with children in his previous home. Due to his rambunctious nature, Bear will do best in a home with children who are old enough not to be overwhelmed by him. He has a lot of energy and gets very excited when he is getting attention! Further training and socialization will help Bear learn to calm himself down and be the well-mannered dog he was meant to be. Bear has had some training, and would be glad to sit, shake, and lay down for a cookie!
