I am Rex, king of all treats and snuggles! I love my people more than anything; food is a close second. I know to go potty outside, and I walk well on leash. I am a gentle kind of guy, happy to rest my head on your lap or lie by your feet. I want to be near someone all the time, so if you spend much time away from home, I might not be the best match for you. I've lived with cats and we got along just fine, but I think I'd prefer to be the only dog in the home. I would be pleased as punch to go home with someone who has older kids who know to be gentle with and respectful of me! If you like the idea of a constant companion and exercise buddy, I need to shed a few pounds, so come have a chat with me and see if we're a match! A training consultation is included in my adoption. I was recently given a spa day by groomers Deena Holeman and Erin Fogg from 2 Girls Grooming who donated their time to make me look extra special!
The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS I.D. tag, initial vaccines, one month pet insurance, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support!
