THANK YOU for helping us find homes for the dogs and cats living in the shelter at the Oregon Humane Society!! If the "CLICK HERE" link for more information does not work, that means the dog or cat has been adopted. But there are plenty more dogs and cats that need a home! Check them out at www.oregonhumane.org.

Cooper Is Looking For His New Family!
I'm Cooper, a handsome lil hot rod looking to put your heart in overdrive. Do you enjoy games? Me too! Games with balls, squeaky toys, toys that hide food, you name it, I'm up for it! Exercise and games will be what help keep me (and you!) happiest. I'm still working on greeting people with all four on the floor, I'm just so excited to see you! I have the chance to find my forever home, and I can't wait! I will need an adult only home or one with older mature children that are able to understand my personality and that can help in my training. Because I am so special I need to be the only animal in the home. That way I am sure to be the center of attention! They can tell you all about how special I am in my training consultation, which is included prior to my adoption. Have I convinced you to come visit with me yet?

The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS I.D. tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support!

Help Cyrus Find His New Family!

I am at LexiDog on 6100 SW Macadam Ave. Portland, OR 97239 (503-327-8219). I romp and play all day with the other dogs in doggy daycare so I might be a great fit with your canine family members! If you give me the time to warm up and get to know you, we can have some awesome days of running and exploring--I have the energy, I just need an owner with patience. My name is Cyrus, and I'm the sort of fellow who prefers a handshake to a hug. Though I am friendly and outgoing, I may be overwhelmed by young children's exuberant affection and might do best in a dog-experienced home. A Basic Manners class like those offered here at OHS will go a long way in helping me become the best dog I can be while having a great time with my new human friend.
