THANK YOU for helping us find homes for the dogs and cats living in the shelter at the Oregon Humane Society!! If the "CLICK HERE" link for more information does not work, that means the dog or cat has been adopted. But there are plenty more dogs and cats that need a home! Check them out at www.oregonhumane.org.
Who says you need to be small to be a lap dog? Not me! I am an active dog who will benefit for daily exercise and activity. I especially enjoy going out and discovering new wonderful scents but that can cause me to not listen well when I'm off leash. I tend to be talkative so I may not well suited for apartment life. I can get overexcited and tend to jump up on people so I would do best in a home with older mature children. I came to OHS with my brother Hunter(151953) and would love to go home with him.
Prepare to be charmed. Once you lay eyes on Jet you will know that your search is complete. Jet is a knowledgeable senior dog with over a decade of doggy wisdom and experiences. He would like to keep mentally sharp and physically fit. Training classes, mental enrichment games, and low-impact physical activities will keep Jet healthy and happy. He will need time to adjust to his new home, since he has lived in the same home for over a decade. He will need a home without small children as he is a senior dog and has never lived with children. A medical consultation is included prior to Jet's adoption.
The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchip ID, collar and OHS I.D. tag, initial vaccines, courtesy veterinarian exam, and plenty of post adoption support!
