WESTSIDE ADOPTION CENTER: I am at Lexi Dog on 6100 SW Macadam Ave. Portland, OR (503-245-4363). Come meet me there! Fin seems oblivious to his small size and he is always eager for an adventure. He was transferred to us from Baldwin Park L.A. Shelter in California through our Second Chance Program so we could find him a new home. This little dog is energetic and very clever. He will make someone a fantastic lap dog if given the time to adjust to his new people and surroundings. Fin is affectionate with his caregivers, and loves to be held. Because of his small size, shy and nervous nature, an adult-only home or one with older, respectful children would be best. If a lap dog or travel companion is what you are looking for, then Fin could be the right match for you.
