Five Foods That Burn FAT!

Can certain foods actually help you burn fat better than others? Dr. Manny Alverez  says there are. I'm skeptical, but willing to give 'em a try. Here are the 5 foods that Dr. Alvarez says burns fat:

 

 

BEANS: They are filled with protein and fiber, which help you lose weight without feeling hungry. Fiber also takes a long time to digest, so your body will be busy burning it off for a while.


EGGS:  Studies show people who eat them in the morning are more likely to drop pounds than people who eat carb-only breakfasts.


AVOCADOS: Yes, they are packed with fat, however, doctors say it's the kind of fat your body will burn off  quickly.


SALMON: It contains Omega-3s, which are vital for burning fat. It also contains leptin, which directly affects your metabolism.

 

GREEN TEA:  Studies show substances found in the drink will jump start your body to burn calories and fat.
