32 is The Magic Age In Which We Turn Into Our Parents?

We all know it's going to happen one of these days. We start saying things or doing things that remind us of our parents whether we like it or not. Only now it seems that we can finally put an average starting age for when the big change happens!

According to parenting website Netmoms, the age of 32 is the point in which people are most likely to have irrevocably crossed the line from rebellious youth to being a younger copy of their own mother or father.

By the time the average citizen is into their mid 30's, most have found themselves echoing phrases or mannerisms which once made them wince as teenagers and vow never to replicate, it concludes. The pressures of career, buying a house, and particularly having children are the main triggers to the change.
